OyeBazaar carries various editions of the same posters, canvas prints and re-prints of artworks. In certain cases similar titles may be priced differently on our site. This difference in price is attributed to the size of the prints and posters, and/or where they need to be sourced.

We accept all VISA, and MasterCard cards, both Indian and International. You will need to key in your 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.

All credit/debit card and netbanking transactions are processed through EBS payment gateway (www.ebs.in). They use the latest SSL encryption technology to protect your financial information. 11. When and how can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order before your order status shows “Shipped”.

If we have already shipped out your order or if you have already received it and then would like to cancel it, here are the steps that you can take to complete the cancellation:
- Courier the poster back to us in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving it.
- Upon receiving the product, we will process your refund within 4 working days.

In the rare case that you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact our customer care team (customercare@oyebazaar.com or +91 (80) 6570 2012) to inform them of this. We will then arrange to send you a replacement product, while asking you to courier the wrong or damaged poster to us at our cost. In this case, you also have the option of simply canceling without opting to wait for a replacement product and asking for a refund.

12. How much are the delivery charges?

We offer free shipping on all our orders.

13. What is the estimated delivery time?

Items that are listed as “In stock – Ready to ship” are shipped out within 24 hours of the order being placed. It usually takes between 2 and 4 working days for these posters to reach anywhere in South & North India. Shipments to towns that are considered Tier-2 and Tier-3 may take an additional 2 to 3 days to be delivered.

The bulk of the posters listed on our site need to be imported after you have placed your order and hence will take between 2 and 3 weeks for them to reach you.

If, in the rare instance, we are not able to ship out your product in the time-frame promised by us, we will inform you in advance and let you know about the changed time-frame. We will then give you the option of cancelling the order or waiting for the poster in the new time-frame given by us. Please note that this delay might happen because of the complex and vast network of our suppliers.

15. Does OyeBazaar.com deliver internationally?

Currently, we deliver only within India. However, you can place the order from anywhere in the world.

16. How are the items packaged?

In our warehouse, all our shipments are packed in study covers and containers that have waterproof packing inside. We have given special instructions to our shipping partners to ensure that all products are handled with the utmost care. All our posters are shipped to you in very sturdy, cardboard mailing tubes, with plastic covers wrapped around them. This ensures that your poster reaches you in perfect condition.

17. How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once we ship out your posters from our warehouse, we will be mail you the tracking details of the courier company that we use along with a link on their website. You will be able to track the movement of the package every few hours using this information.

18. How do I choose the date and time that I want my order to be delivered?

Once you have successfully paid for your order you can contact us before we dispatch your order if you would like us to schedule the shipment after a certain number of days. As for scheduling a delivery at a particular time during the day, you will have to contact the courier company that we use to request them to accomodate your requirement. Unfortunately, we cannot give you any guarantees about this.
