- You may cancel an order before your order status shows "Shipped"
- If we have already shipped out your order or if you have already received it, then would like to cancel it, here are the steps that you need to take to complete the cancellation:
- Courier the poster back to us in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving it.
- Upon receiving the poster, we will process your refund within 1 working day.
- In the rare case that you receive a wrong or damaged poster, please contact our customer care team (customercare@oyebazaar.com or call us on +91 (80) 6570 2012 to inform us of this. We will then arrange to send you a replacement product, while asking you to courier the wrong or damaged poster to us at our cost. In this case, you also have the option of simply canceling without opting to wait for a replacement product and asking for a refund.
